It’s understandable that this Corp. running this rental business is being rated low and some say they are good. People that I know who applied with their listing(s), they never received proper response/update-left out cold. And those rental units they advertised were on multiple platform few months back which keeps popping up on different sites. It would be nice to see more people’s review on how this Rental Company interacts with applicants/public. It seems the integrity of this company is not as it seems good, what more if you live/leased one of their properties.

Love these guys! Spencer is attentive and thoughtful when addressing our concerns. It’s obvious that they try their best to manage the relationship with property owner and the tenant, which must be a difficult balance. I would rent any space they were managing!

Amateurs!!!!! AVOID!!!!
FPM recently took over my 6 unit building in Dec. We have had one cleaning of the common areas since then. Reputable business's should have contacts to call. Their excuse: can't find anyone Really They have other buildings. Who cleans them? I've paid $4950 in rent over that 3 month period. Be honest and say you are a greedy company and don't want to pay a cleaner. A 12 week cleaning is NOT in my original contract. (Pre Dec management company cleaned weekly.) Repeated requests made, promises/lip service/excuses rec'd.
Is there an ulterior motive? Is Fuse irritating tenants so they will move and FPM can raise rents? Are they too busy or lazy? They are clearly disinterested in addressing the needs of the tenants.

Very bad experience with this company. They neglect very important maintenance requests for long periods of time (months), there is no follow up or communication when repairs were not made when they said they would be, barely any communication in general. When there is communication, important information is not included or is miscommunicated. No attempt to provide temporary repairs or rent discounts (despite requesting) while living with maintenance issues that affect daily life.
Fully expecting a reply that attemps to invalidate this review as it seems to be a pattern here, however, everything has been documented.
Maybe this was an isolated incident, but I still would not recommend anyone rent a property from this company.

Terrible. They can't even figure out who lives here. I can only tell them so many times.

Was supposed to recive a call from a plumber from an (assuredly) barrie number 3 days and only one call from a 416 number. No follow up from maintenance.

Mouldy eavestroph hidden behind a wall.

Outside wall is crumbling.

I recently rented an apartment with this company, and had only good experiences.
Teri was very professional and knowledgeable; she endeavoured to answer any questions I had, making everything clear and easily understood.
Vlad was very courteous with arranging showings and keeping me updated on their dates and times.
Getting into their property was straightforward, and they very easy to work with.
My departure from the property was just as easy. Teri made the process extremely simple and provided me with all of the information needed.
I'd rent from them again in heartbeat.

Terrible customer service and response ratio. I applied to view a property multiple times with ZERO response. It was quite frustrating to see the property being posted over and over and all my emails were being ignored. After finally getting through to someone I was told to view an e-mail that was sent to my spam folder. Unsurprisingly there was no e-mail there.

They do not send confirmation e-mails of any sort. After waiting weeks for a response, I was told to come view a house on a specific date and time. I prepared everything and was then told it was gone. There is a lack of communication from this company, and definitely a huge lack of customer service skills. 0/10 I do NOT recommend.
