Absolutely thrilled with the service from G Corp Cleans! My new place was in rough shape after I took possession, but their team went above and beyond to make it look spotless. They tackled every corner, leaving the place sparkling and fresh. The attention to detail was outstanding, and they didn’t miss a single spot. I can’t recommend them enough – they made my new space feel like home. Worth every penny for peace of mind and cleanliness. Five stars all the way!

Hired for a deep clean. I had sent a very detailed list of what was expected. It was received and replied to. I had to cancel my clean due to illness. I had called and rescheduled it for a date and spoke at lengths about it with the other lady who answers the phone. (not Hailey). It was not scheduled and I had the cleaners show up to my house on the wrong day. That was okay, things happen, and I spoke with Hailey and all was well. On the day of the clean I had come home and briefly looked over 2 of the 3 floors they were to do the deep clean on. I told the cleaners it was okay, they fixed a wall or two they had missed and left. About an hour later I had done a real look around and was shocked at what was missed.

For a deep clean, they did not clean my shower/tub upstairs. They did not do the bathroom walls. They didn’t do the light fixtures. They did not wipe any walls or closet doors. As someone with kids it’s hard to miss how dirty they were. They did not wipe the night stands in my bedroom. They didn’t clean the big mirror in the dresser, still covered in fingerprints. The downstairs bathroom walls were not done. The mirror was clearly wiped then looks like something was splattered all over it after. They did not sweep/vacuum stairs, going up or down. They did not wipe the walls next to by bed. They did not do any blinds. There were smears all over the face of the cabinets. The cleaner had told me before they left that they did the kitchen window but marks on it were all outside. They clearly didn’t wipe it, they didn’t move the plants on the sill. There were splatters all over it and I could smear them all. Maybe less than half the marks were outside. Either the cleaner lied or was told by the other girls it was done but it clearly was not. I had to vaccum the basement again after they left.

I had called and sent pictures of all of it. The respond I received was “well the cleaner said you okayed it but they can come back tmrw”. Which was extremely disappointing. I did say that before a thorough look around but me and the cleaner did not even go into the downstairs to look over anything. A normal response would have been “sorry about that” at the very least. They saw the pictures & videos. Truly not that picky. I thought maybe I had not given enough time (16 hours). But they did all the “extras” I said if they had time for. So they really think they finished the deep clean and organized my spice cupboard, folded laundry, remade the beds upstairs that were already made. So I guess it was just negligence. Unfortunate as I liked the girls and Hailey.

The offered to come back but the response soured me. It will take me an hour or two to fix it myself. Just disappointing. Was scheduled for weekly cleans after but after the quality of work and the whole “but you said it was good immediately after” makes me feel like that is just their standards. Which I don’t think I was expecting too much especially when a detailed list was sent. Now on the hunt to find another company for weekly cleans…

As stated, I left a list. It was clear no one bothered to read it. Again, as I said, I briefly looked over 2 of the 3 floors with the cleaner. We did not even go downstairs. Again there is no apology here. The lack of accountability is astounding. I do not want you guys back in my house. I am writing a review to warn others. The bad review is deserved ESPECIALLY after doubling down and not reading the word "sorry" anywhere. I needed a deep clean, yet basic housekeeping tasks such as cleaning a SHOWER wasn't done.

Here's an example of proper customer service etiquette:

" Very sorry we missed that! We will come have our girls finish the job. "

Not 2 paragraphs of deflection. The local college offers business courses. I suggest you take them.

We have been using this company for over a year now and have been nothing but impressed. As two working parents, having them come every week or two has been a godsend - not only do they help keep the place clean, it inspires us to keep the place tidier between cleans (it can be easy to let things go sometimes). They are very flexible on their times, even the day of, and always leave the place spotless. Our last clean was probably the best, thank you to Theresa and Emmanuel for the amazing work!
