Always remember to take pictures upon vacating your suite.
Debbie Smith claimed there was Substantial Damage to The Suite, however launched a Hearing with The RTB where she was caught in Her Lies & was awarded my damage deposit in full.
Karma has struck back as she is losing buildings & the office has moved from Portage Avenue to a Low Rent Office in a Strip Mall.
Agree with the other posts, she is very Quick Tempered when caught in her lies.

If I could rate them a zero I would. The landlords are very unprofessional, the main person in charge Debbie called me and yelled at me over the phone and Alison the property manager isnt always the nicest person either. I have had some unfortunately very displeasing conversations with both where they were very rude and aggressive. If anything needs to be fixed or you need something they are very slow at doing so. I have had issues with birds and other animals in the vents of my apartment and they said they could do nothing so I was forced to call 311 and city by law officers to get this issue fixed. An outlet plug blew on me and they blamed me and tried to get me to pay for it to be fixed. I would definitely not recommend renting from them unless you want to be abused over the phone and yelled at.

Aggressive and rude. Don’t rent from these slum lords! They turn the heat off every winter on the second floor hallways forcing everyone else to pay for heating up the hallway it’s like outside as soon as you leave your suite. Debbie yells at you for asking basic common necessities of her. Air conditioner doesn’t work because their electrical system is MESSED and she tells us that’s how new air conditioners work...so useless. Paying basically $1000 for a mice and cockroach infested building. There’s weird people living in storage rooms in the basement. It’s not properly cleaned and there’s no caretaker nor any type of security so the storage rooms are CONSTANTLY being broken into without a care in the world from the slumlords. Can’t wait to leave and never rent from galaxy management ever again. Definitely will be letting everyone I know who rents to NEVER rent from galaxy management.

The absolute worst company to deal with. They say one thing, and then do the complete opposite. They cheat you out of your money, refuse rent payments, and denied a lease signing once approved. Not to mention the landlord is quite aggressive, and rude.

There are no words for how awful galaxy management is. The landlord Debbie Smith's behaviour is astonishingly unpredictable and aggressive.

Lmfao the landlord is something else that's forsure. She's YELLED at me on the phone. How unprofessional. Funny that others agree she's very aggressive and rude. No wonder no body likes working w her.
