He quickly diagnosed the problem with my printer and explained the issue to me in a way that was easy to understand. I was looking for help through Geek Squad in Fort Wayne and ended up with Edwin Rodriguez who was helpful in fixing my computer. He then proceeded to sell me a 2000.00 10 year service contract. When I realized it was NOT the local Geek Squad I tried to cancel he was agreeable at first for a credit of 1700.00 and never gave it to me. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully can get the 1700.00 back. I never plan to use them again and will not refer them to anyone.

As a follow-up to my first review - after filing with the Better Business Bureau in Ontario I was contacted by Edwin Rodiguez on April 23rd and was asked to reverse my review and the money was going to be overnighted to my account. Today is Monday April 29th and needless to say I still have NO REPAYMENT> I find it hard to believe I am the only one this company lets Edwin do this to. Anxiously awaiting my refund of 1700.00.

I worked with Paul and his team for over 3 years and I have to say
it's hard to find fault here, great communication, measured
results that actually mean something and had a positive impact on
my business. Having said that they did help me chose and deploy
the website with my host. All in all I'm very satisfied with them and
would recommend. We have since moved our digital marketing
in-house following acquisition by a larger company.
