Customer service is above average.
Store is cramped and confusing.
Hidden charges on bill which you are not told about in advance.
Was told a lot of rehearsed lies about being charged $40 to swap pants by supplier in Toronto.
Although I had good service from the employees in this store, the manager refusing to refund the $40 pant swap fee, will be the reason I never shop in this store again.
I also did not appreciate the comment of you can’t wait to buy the suit elsewhere. When he knew I was buying it for a funeral.

For stores like this there should be 10 star reviews available. Everything about this store simply put, is absolutely incredible. There's no Amazon, big corporate box store, etc, etc that could ever leave you with such a wonderful shopping experience. And better yet the prices are in line with the stores noted above as well as the clothing outlets that we shop at back home in Alberta !! I highly recommend this gem of a store to anyone who hasn't been there yet and I think you'll have the same opinion as I do. The multiple clothing lines(brands) and the vast selection for each line is astonishing and is why I'll never vacation back home without going there to shop. To the ownership and staff, thank you for everything you do to make our shopping experiences unbelievably incredible every time we shop there.

I've always had great experiences there, never had any problems up to now. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful, the only negative I have is prices bit higher than what it worth at times

My dad and I visited this store today to purchase a sports jacket. Dad is a bigger man and wasn't able to find anything to fit. They had a every size there and we found and beautiful jacket and they have a seamstress that will Taylor it to make the perfect fit. Also, finding shoes for a proper fit is tough! No issues with that either. Found a beautiful fair of leather shoes that fit beautifully. The service was the best we have received in a long time! Hats off to the staff at Gentle B!
