I am very disappointed with this business … supervisors are extremely rude. I’ve witness them be verbally abusive and yelling at employees about working harder and to move faster. I will no longer be bringing my business to this shitty scrap yard.
Take your business elsewhere . Benmet would be way better !

I gave them details of my car on phone. They offered 600 minus 20 dollars for tires. It was my best offer as I shopped around. When my husband took the car in, they gave him 387. She ignored my husband when he told her the quoted price.
I went back in and talked to them. They said they have phone quotes and drive in prices. They paid me the difference.

If i could give these guys 10 stars out of 5 i would. Excelllent company to deal with dont believe a negative review from someone just whining not knowing what they are doing. Gerdau is a great place to go for scrapping your metal. Easy in easy out , the folk's who work there are very good and personable as well. The lady who works the scale as well as the phones computer 2 way radio and this is all at the same time is extremely nice. They have fair prices for there scrap and since finding them year's ago we have never gone anywhere else. From the yard worker's to the office staff they are top shelf folk's who know their business and treat customer's very well. 5 ⭐'s I'd say. ✌️🙃

The worst customer service. Took some steel rems the guy with big beard started shouting at me for no reason. When I told him he should be nice to me, he stared yielding at me and said “I don’t have to be nice”.

The worst part is when I went to office the men and the women in the office ignored me as I don’t exit.

Will never go again to this place.

I had a significant amount of scrap copper to take in, I called them and spoke with Ryan to get up to date pricing, he said pricing was good until the end of the day. What he said vs what I got for number one and two copper was different. #1 $4.72/lb and #2 $4.42/lb is what he told me. #1 $4.68/lb and #2 $4.35/lb is what I got. Made a difference of $5.88 on the total transaction, not a lot of money, still bugs me.
