J’habite à Montréal et je possède un quadruplex à Gatineau. L’équipe de Gestion A.L. est super sympa et vraiment efficace. Réponde vite et très professionnel pour une équipe de jeune. Ils s’occupent de tout avec mes locataires ce qui me sauve énormément de temps. Vraiment pratique quand on est loin. Chaque fois qu’il y a quelque chose, ils m’en informent tout de suite mais ils prennent aussi l’initiative de régler les choses rapidement. ça me sauve un temps fou surtout que je suis à plusieurs heures de route.

Moving in was smooth. I walked into a spotless apartment and everything worked right away. The rooms get plenty of natural light. After settling in, the team checked in to see if I needed anything. Any time I had a question about utilities, lease details, or recommendations, I always received a prompt reply.
