My experience with Gagan Multani wasn't honest at all, it was my first time and will be the last. It's only my second time to make my taxes here in Canada, so i came to GM CPA to make my taxes for me and my wife as I do Uber eat too despite i wasn't satisfied with the results of my taxes. Everything was fine till he said to me that he asked me if i applied for Canada child benefit and my answer was no as I didn't finished the 18 months yet, it was left few days for it. So he said he will apply for it i was are you sure about this, and his reply was yes it's included in our service , i was shocked as i didn't heard about this before even i didn't asked for it or even asking for any information about this. I was happy as it will be done by a professional person.
After around 8 weeks i received no email from CRA as he said I'll receive an email asking for documents, i called him saying i still didn't receive anything yet his reply was just wait a bit more and u will receive and my question was are you sure you applied and he was positive about it that he did. I waited again 2 weeks but nothing calling again no reply from him leaving messages nothing, i kept calling for few days but still no reply from his side. I decided to call the CRA to check about the application and i found out that there is no application was made, so i lost almost 3 months because of this situation that I didn't asked for.

My response to your reply.

My application as you say that you made was in April, on June i called the CRA and their agent confirmed for us that their is no application made on the name of my wife, so i made the application by myself after my many tries to reach you without receiving any response. So I don't think the agent of CRA don't know how to do his Job and also i don't think i can make an application if you already made one.
