Moved here a few weeks ago and so far it's been great! I haven't seen any bugs that are mentioned in the older reviews. Diane the office lady has been a delight to work with! All in all it's been pretty good. Seems like the tenants don't care and make messes in the building or dystroy things.

I had a terrible experience with 1917 st Laurent (golden equity). Despite giving proper notice before moving out, they still charged me an extra $1,300 without justification. I followed all the required steps, I tried to contact the head office multiple times, but they were completely unresponsive and unhelpful. It seems like they do not take their responsibilities seriously or care about tenant concerns.

Many other people have also complained about their poor management and lack of attention to tenant issues. It’s frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company.

I would not recommend renting here. If you do, be prepared for unexpected charges and a management team that does not care.

This place is disgusting and terribly managed. Lived here for about a year, had to call by law for them to even treat the bed bugs. Property manager (Diane) never answers the phone and hides from tenants. Emergency calls go unanswered, water flooding all over our kitchen and nobody to help us. My car was hit in the parkkng lot and she refused to check the cameras. All around terrible place to live, DONT DO IT.

They withdrew money from my account without my permission and it’s still more than 2 months I didn’t receive my money.

This company is horrible. Amber Lynn will not return your deposit and she will lie to the Landlord Tenant Board when you make a complaint. If I could give them a 0 I would.

This is 0 ⭐️ not even 1.
We were lied ever since you came in the building. They don’t disclose information such as the building has roaches.
Admin person Diane is the worst person to deal with. She never answers emails. Phone calls or even text messages, claiming she is super busy. Building is disgusting, needs cleaning. Elevator only 1 work and that one has no fan and ventilation, meaning it smells very bad everyday.
The laundry room is scary: between roaches, rats, very bad smell, the machines no joke are so old they don’t wash properly and will destroy your clothes. No option for disable people. We moved July 1st, there was issue with the patio door. We put several complaints, only in January they fixed the door after multiple complaints. We gave up on the other stuffs since we are renewing our lease, we put so many complaints, they want to discourage you. I called the media and I know for fact they are going to investigate and do a story about this company, their management. Stay tuned CBC Is gonna make them infamous . Worst 1 yr ever renting a place, learnt my lesson.

Absolutely disqusting buildings and overpriced. I pay $1300 for the same unit some residents pay $900. We have cockroaches despite cleaning frequently, the management ignores us. They won't even respond to work orders. Please don't move here!
