Scammers! Beware! I lived here during March-December 2024, 120 Maitland st. From the beginning I had issues with them; somehow someone from their office stole $1600 (from my account, when they were asking for 1st and last) I had to call my bank to find a solution. They lie to tenants saying that the place is clean and that they perform pest control. The place is infested with roaches and bed bugs, and Linda (building manager) lies saying everything is perfect; they did 2 pest control in the year, but I had roaches constantly, so when I asked for fumigation, Linda and Justin (Gowan Property Manager) denied it, stating that there is only 2 fumigations during the year, which goes totally against pest control terms. The floor in my unit was chipped and the room unleveled. They put garbage cans in front of 1st floor units, which carries fruit flies, that go inside the unit during summer putting at risk all tenants health in that floor. When I left they stole my key deposit of $50 dollars. Furthermore I have a friend living there and he is experiencing several similar issues, so beware of this place!!!

I am excited to share experience, especially with Nicole and her husband, Chris. Ever since they assumed their roles as building administrator and maintenance staff, my time here over the past four years has been fantastic.

Nicole, who takes on the dual responsibilities of administrator and superintendent, is consistently attentive and responds promptly to any issues that arise.

I would like to give a special mention to Chris, who is essential in maintaining both our individual apartments and the shared spaces. Together, Nicole and Chris make an exceptional team that significantly enhances the quality of life in our building.

Absolute avoidance of responsibility when it comes to maintenance. Current Tenant. If you gonna rent, make sure to be in touch with a lawyer you WILL need one.

2025 update: the staff 6 people assaulted me and attempted to break into my unit barley defended my home and myself barley got dressed. This is the most disgusting and stressful building I ever lived in. It’s is not a safe space safe your money for 1,300$ you can find a place that is at minimum safe. RUN (still a current tenant)

The building at 1817 Victoria Park ave in Scarborough is extremely mismanaged if, at all. Borderline metro housing...the superintendent never answers his phone, the manager is totally incompetent and thinks he's gods gift to something, he and they never return calls - rarely -numerous complaints of other tenants who constantly party, drug use, booze noise all hours of night all they do is -nothing. The place is poorly run, you get what you pay for - If there was a half star rating Id give it. Past management was much better. Stay away from this company if you can - David . A
