I am another highly satisfied customer. We thought we had a mold problem, but it turned out to be dust mite allergens. Great value, 3 mold and 3 allergen tests including formaldehyde & VOC screening and they even checked ultra-fine particle levels in the HVAC vents. In addition the report was very detailed with interpretation, tables and indicated areas of concern with regard to air quality. They were super helpful and did a great job at explaining the issues in a way we could understand.

They have the expertise and advanced equipment necessary to carry out an extensive mold inspection. One of the best Ottawa mold testing companies that also provide thermal imaging and moisture detection services. They do not perform mold remediation, only an honest unbiased opinion without any conflict of interest and the ability to perform a thorough air quality assessment.

I was more than satisfied dealing directly with the owner of the business. Justin completed a home air quality test during our ottawa home inspection. He was able to detect moisture in the basement wall with various devices. The indoor air quality test showed signs of a mould problem. Not cheap but worthwhile for our well-being.
