Seems like they don't even need more reviews, but... As a rental candidate, shout out to Sarah and Victoria! They had most of the information at their fingertips, and for the rest, followed through same-day to answer questions when they found it. This company understands the value of good automation, and recognizes great people. I think they believe a lease agreement is one-way agreement; the tenant is bond to the agreement but they are not. I signed a lease that Isabelle sent it. The email stated that the deal is complete once I sign it and pay the deposit. I did so. Just a day before the lease started, I received an email from her saying the owner found someone who offered a higher rent and he is considering that lease. Really?! Can I also get out of a lease agreement if I find a better deal? I think she doesn't know the basics of liability.

The rep showing the property didn't know very many details about the apartment or the area. The apartment should have been cleaned prior to showing and the hallway had lights burned out that they should have asked the building management to replace as it is a safety hazard. The rep did try to get all the answers to my questions and communication was very easy to set up the viewing.

Big shoutout to Idan for being extremely helpful in viewing some rental properties. He was able to accommodate a short notice change in schedule for me and find a time that worked perfectly. On top of that I was unfortunately running late due to traffic and he was still able to provide me with enough time and information on the property.
