DO NOT rent at 109 Green Park Close. The experience with the management team was nothing short of terrible. They are rude, unapproachable, and make you feel like you’re being watched 24/7. There’s absolutely no respect for tenant privacy — they even entered my unit without notice, without permission, and without any apology or explanation. That is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of tenant rights.

What pushed me to write this review is the ongoing issue with my security deposit. I moved out almost a month ago, and despite being told it would be returned within 10 days (as required by Nova Scotia law), I have still not received it. I’ve emailed, called, and followed up multiple times with zero response. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking.

This is by far the most unprofessional and toxic building management I’ve ever dealt with. I’m genuinely relieved to be out of that place, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to think twice.

Having recently moved to Canada, we were fortunate to find our new home through Hazelview Properties. Our journey began with Joane, who was absolutely amazing. She patiently explained every detail and guided us through the paperwork, ensuring we felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. A special mention goes to Kevin, who has truly been a gem at this property. From the moment we moved in, he has been incredibly supportive, always ready to assist with a smile. Kevin consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the property is well-maintained and up-to-date, regardless of the season. His dedication to ensuring everything runs seamlessly is truly commendable. Kevin’s hard work and proactive approach create a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. Hazelview Properties is truly lucky to have someone as dedicated and reliable as him.

I am delighted by the sense of community I get from the building managers and our neighbours. Management has put in a ton of effort to establish themselves as trustworthy and hard working, and my dog is getting SO fat from all the treats they give her! Unsure of what previous commenters mean about the parking garage being dark, as I feel so safe behind our locked doors. One of the lowest rents in the city, which is nuts considering we have underground parking, a storage unit, and in unit laundry. Very happy to be raising our little one here!

We have lived here for a number of years without issue. Any concerns that arise are dealt with immediately and with empathy and understanding. The whole team of staff working together is what makes this place run smooth. It’s nice to know as our own family is growing that we are surrounded by those who treat us as family and care about our well-being. We hope to live her for many years to come.

This apartment is great. We've been here for 2 years and it doesn't disappoint. The office manager goes above and beyond to be helpful, solve any issues and she's always pleasant. Very happy we found this apartment.

This place is a hidden gem in the city! The building staff are so friendly, welcoming and really make you feel like you are a family member! Apartments are so bright, spacious and dog friendly - our little pooch loves saying hi! 🙂 couldn't recommend this place enough.

We have been at GreenPark Suites since July 2021 and the team have been so accommodating and helpful.
The building feels like a community, the managers are prompt to assist their tenants and the building is so clean! It is not uncommon to see Kevin and Joanne constantly cleaning or putting out salt so residents don’t slip during this winter season
