Management is the most inconsistent thing and they spend no money upkeeping hallways and other services and when the buliding fails you they blame you and tell you to pay up.

Does not care about residents and when tried to reach out, they are not available or get call back. Security guards treats you like you are the intruders trying to get in the building even though you provide with your unit info. Garage pass doesn’t work unless you purchase a new one which is $50 on top of the maintenance fee which always increasing. Pools, hot tubs seem to be always undergo.

I went to this condo for a baby shower .... I will say the layout is pretty nice .... I managed to see the party room which is located on the first floor of the building and it was pretty spacious and clean.... parking is always available and the security at the front is rather friendly depending on the the person.....

Recently visited 2084-1 Graystone condo which is for sale declared 2+1 bed and 2 bath. The owner made structural changes inside looks ugly. The owner made 4 bedrooms inside with door lock which is illegal. 2 bedroom has no windows. Disgusting situation renting 5 students messy and dirty. The owner should dismantle all structures before put in the market. Moreover, the pictures on MLS listing doesn’t match.

I love the greystone condos. Amazing amenities and GREAT pools. very clean. I wish the pools would open, they are closed due to covid. The condos have a beautiful interior however building number 5 is probably due for an update/renovation.

I was visiting a resident, and did not have to deal with the office.

If I were to mention something that the office may take into consideration is that the gatehouse lets ANYONE in. Anyone.
Anyone on foot, and anyone that can mumble at the gate and confuse the guard, which results in them letting that person in as opposed to doing their job and questioning the person wishing entrance and maybe contacting the resident to CONFIRM that they are expecting a visitor.

The entire security team there should be replaced with an EFFECTIVE ONE. If my ex partner lived there, I could waltz right in without scrutiny and question by simply saying I was visiting a resident HERE, THERE OR OVER THERE (THREE BUILDINGS).
They will let me in, and now I only need to wait for a resident to exit so I can slip in, and... AND...
AND...

YOU GET THIS SERIOUS concern.

Jamie Lee McQuaig has a huge criminal record, he lied to get his job and he will lie to keep his job. Make sure you change your locks or he will steal from you like he stole from Shopper's drug Mart in 2014-2016. He is a cleaner not a superintendent.
