The staff is delightful, every time I walk into the office is a pleasant experience. Setting up the lease was easy and stress-free, and the maintenance of the buildings are top notch. My building is clean, bright and airy.

I would highly recommend renting a place they manage.

Man this place was an absolute dump to deal with. Recently we've had our property management taken over by another company - these people have no idea how to manage anything. Our move in was atrocious, every contractor they "have on staff" railroads you into paying for hours upon hours of work for small jobs. We had a disgustingly bad water heater which we were told "just to pay for" and our AC broke 10 times in one year and instead of replacing it they said just fix it over and over again.

If you have A N Y unit, residential or commercial - stay as far away as possible that you can. I've never been spoken to so rudely by a company we are sending $2100 a month to.

I have had the privilege of being able to rent from Guelph City Realty for the last 9-10 years now, in a commercial capacity as well as residential, And I have nothing but great things to say about them. When a problem arises or a repair is needed they have great staff that come and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Professional and efficient with a heart. Guelph City Realty Ltd is a great place to rent from. Ashley is always very friendly and personable when called and the maintenance team is exceptional. Whenever there’s an issue, someone comes by to fix it within a couple days, one of the fastest fixed place I’ve been. I would ideally give them 4 1/2 stars as the only reason I don’t give them five stars is that I felt we signed our lease under misleading circumstances. I am pretty sure (may be wrong as I was looking at many places) that the apartment was listed as being smoke free and I was shocked after moving in that there were people in the building who smoked inside. This was not expected and I would just advise people to ask ahead of time if anyone in the building smokes indoors, as even though you may not be allowed to, I have learned that it does not always mean everyone is prohibited from it. With that said, a couple air purifiers in and some talking with my neighbours and I do not regret moving in to my place. Their prices are also extremely fair. Would recommend but just be diligent when inspecting the apartment.

Guelph City Realty is an excellent landlord with fair priced rentals. I’ve been impressed with how hassle-free everything has been from the start. The office staff are very quick to respond and if there is any maintenance issues/repairs they are on it ASAP (and usually have it fixed the same day!). Highly recommend renting from GCR 😃
