H&B Wood Products was previously dealt with, and while the job was acceptable, certain aspects fell short. When we required cupboard modifications 14 years later, H&B wasn't considered. However, the new owner, Mike, impressed my brother by promptly and professionally resolving outstanding issues from the former owner. I scheduled an appointment, and Mike addressed our concerns, suggesting further improvements. Our kitchen now looks great with no issues. The installer was excellent, professional, and highly skilled. Highly recommend Mike and the crew from H & B Wood Products.

I can't say enough about this company. The staff are amazing! Mike and Sam were so incredibly patient and helpful with every question and request. Randy did an awesome job with the install and was so professional. They even helped out with a few things after install that they didn't really have to but that's just the kind of customer service they provide. I would definitely recommend them.

Had multiple vanities and other products made by this company and each and every one has come out beautifully and lasted years with no damage. The company made no mistakes with my requests but I am almost positive they would be happy to fix anything if you had any concerns. Staff is a happy and understanding bunch. Always pleased when I need to speak with them! This will be the company I use for any of my future needs!

All our cabinets scratched and peeled within the first 6 months the finish on these cabinets is terrible. Half of the screws for the knobs were too short making them constantly fall off their work was quick
and looks good from afar. When I asked for paint to touch up all the scratches and peels it didn't match.

The worst company we met in Canada. Kitchen cabinets in our new house were not made according to drawings. All kitchen, bathrooms and laundry cabinets cracked, paint peel out in many spots. Furniture painted with brush and very unprofessional. Asked them to fix it but nothing has been done in 6 month. They never apologize and escape all contacts.
We are going to bring them to the court. Avoid this company!

I would never use this company again. Took months to get my kitchen installed after the deposit had been given. They provide cabinets and finishes of very poor quality. Paint peeled and cracked in many spots. Finished cabinets looked nothing like the promised sample.

HB Wood Products went above and beyond for our new kitchen. The owner personally came with door samples and to take the measurements. You don't see that kind of service these days anymore. The entire staff is stellar. My dream kitchen is now a reality. So beautiful that everyone who see's it says "Wow" and "Gorgeous". Attention to detail by HB Wood Products is putting it mildly. We certainly made the right choice in cabinet makers. Or should I say.... "Dream Makers."
