Both Don for heating and Kay for pools both fabulous to work with. I am not one to do reviews often. Don and his crew have looked after our pellet stove 8 years now. Very respectful and leave everything clean when they walk out our door. Kay was absolutely amazing to work with us, pool problems from filling from our well and iron. We had gone to other pool places from Kentville to Greenwood spent money for nothing. Kay said bring pool sample and she patiently walked us through it to a sparkling pool . Pool closing we called her again and she honestly told us we should have enough from what we got from her in the summer to close. We opened up our pool sparkling clean this spring. Highly recommend both Kay and Don for the best service. Refreshing as in this day and age hard to come by.

Kay is amazing with pool chemicals. She shows you step by step how to make your pool sparkle. Kay takes the time to explain things and theirs always a laugh or two. Highly recommend this local business for pool and heat needs. Awesome place to do business. Thank you.

Just had a beautiful wood stove installed today.This is our third project done with Don and Kay and they are always informative, professional, and never leave a mess. Have had 2 woodstoves, a fireplace insert, heat pump and a heat pump assisted hot water tank. Worth while investments. They always do the job when they said they would. Can count on them doing a great job! We also get chimney cleaning and firewood from them.

Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. First off, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of them. Most times when I try to call, I have to keep calling back multiple times throughout the morning but no one answers the phone. You can leave a message, but they won't get back to you.

On top of that, there were 3 occasions where I had an appointment scheduled but they did not show up, nor did they call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before one of my appointments they even called to confirm my appointment time for the next day. When it came time for my appointment, I sat around and waited for them. When they were an hour late, I called to see what was up... no answer. They ended up not showing up at all or even calling me to reschedule an appointment.

Also, when I had an add on applied to my furnace, the thing kept breaking constantly for a month. They had to come back more than 10 times to try and figure out what the issue was, until finally they got it right (luckily enough for me, they didn't charge me anything for it).

One other thing, I was having back drafting issues through my fireplace, and they suggested installing a Downdraft cap, which cost over $200 to install. Well, that did absolutely nothing to solve the issue.

It sucks that no one else in the Valley works on my type of furnace because I can't even pay these guys money to come fix mine. Now I have to replace my furnace because no one can fix it ($$$$). I HIGHLY recommend you steer clear of this company, they are EXTREMELY unreliable.

I wouldn’t trust my home heating to anyone but the crew at HEAT!! They have been keeping my family safe for years by ensuring my chimney is clean and my wood furnace is in top working condition. I also get my wood from them, great price for wood that is cut to fit my furnace.

Their professionalism and service goes above and beyond anyone else in the industry.
