Music is way too loud and annoying. Way too much not moving products a lazy boy chair for $325 😂 reminder: you don’t make money if the product doesn’t move. In my opinion seeing lots of overpriced things like this just turns me off wanting to go and I know I’m not the only one. The Orono store is much much better. The Vanalman store needs a new GM that has a clue. Hope it returns to its former glory.

John and Liam of Habitat ReStore arrived at our home right on time. They were both very personable and knowledgeable. The items to be donated were assessed and loaded in a timely manner.
A true demonstration of care for others in service to community!
Thank you!

I used to love the restore. I'd purchase tons of stuff from it. The prices have now gotten out of control. I understand rising costs but I walked in today and found the exact same table I purchased here only 2 years ago for $60 now listed for $300. These are all free items that are donated. Everytime I go in here now, there's just mountains of product, unmoved for weeks sometimes. It's no longer a thrift store. It is a boutique. With retail pricing. I will no longer be coming back here.

Aidan and Gord were wonderful - punctual, polite, positive. They moved our 2 part leather sectional plus queen mattress very smoothly. A real pleasure.

I often stop in for a browse when I’m in town, and I must say that the staff and volunteers here are always helpful and friendly. And today was no different! I went in to do a quick look, found a great biscuit joiner at a great price! My mother will be pleased too! I found I piece of artwork I know she would love. And then the best thing. I got to repay some of the kindness I’ve experienced there. I was able to help out one of the friendliest volunteers at reStore. Ken is a fantastic guy! Make sure to thank him for his service! Keep the good work going!

I've been shopping at the Vancouver and Victoria ReStores for years. The prices have gotten out of control, with responses from management being "all costs are going up" and "we're very careful with our pricing". I just left this location and there was a used bar fridge that costs fifty dollars more than it does brand new. Multiple tools and small appliances that cost the same as new, sometimes more. Faded prints in cheap frames from the 80's for $25, $50, even $100. Beat-up, press board furniture that's two-three times more expensive than Marketplace. An old socket set for $60. You guys literally get things donated and BROUGHT TO YOU for free and then gouge the other supporters of your charity, the customers, for trying to support you.

I also watched at least ten people leave the store with nothing as I wrote this review.

I get that it's a charity, but you guys are gonna price yourselves out of the market. I'll stop coming here if things don't change. I'd rather deal with the internet, which says a lot.

Always have gotten something good for a great deal. I have to stay away just to many great deals. Couple of things though a couple of the employees should not be working with the public. And atleast offer to help you take your items to your car.lucky they have good deals 😉 there.

I love this store! The staff are always helpful and kind, and the selection is great and rotates frequently!
Personally I haven't found the parking to be that bad, but I always come on a weekday and would recommend that for anyone worried about the lot, or just park on the street out front! 🙂
I'm thankful they were able to find a new space that works for them and will continue to come back as I always find a treasure, and most of our house is furnished with beautiful Re-Store finds.
Thank you!
