I live in 90 Heath St. West for few years now, lately I noticed that every corner and space in our building is very well maintained. The floors look clean and shiny all the time. Maria and Arnold kept the building neat and, they are ready to response your call when needed.
Having said that, together with Genri and Marcella they are both very hard-working people with excellent performance and good customer service.

The Heath St W buildings have been my home for over 10 years. It is a lovely setting. Genti, Marsala, Maria and Arnold keep the buildings very clean and maintained. It is obvious they take pride in their work. They are always available and very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend as a wonderful place to make home.

I have lived in my apartment on Heath since 2011 and have been a tenant of Hollyburn since 2013. I am also president of the tenants association here.

Many positives but also some serious negatives.

The on site resident managers are very good where I am and if something is broken in a unit or in the building , it tends to get fixed promptly, if it’s in their power to fix. They should be given far more power!!

My buildings are clean and pest free.

We have no amenities, but finally have direct access from the building into the garage due to the tenants association fighting hard for accessible!!

We have been without security cameras in 90 Heath for over 6 months and I believe we are paying for them through a past above guideline rent increase (AGI), so needs to be replaced.

We had attempted break in and police could do nothing because no camera and blood fingerprints cleaned before they arrive.

In tenants opinion, Hollyburn appears to be obsessed with Above Guidelines Rent Increases (AGIs) here as they are never ending here, and in our opinions are totally unnecessary for an extremely wealthy landlord to be making tenants pay for their investment. We have paid for everything from their balconies to garage painting to toilets, lightbulbs and human rights work that was not up to code. The list goes on and on and on

A major consequence of so many of the above guidelines rent increases is that many on fixed incomes have been force out and/or are being forced from their homes with no place to go. Housing is a human right, but this landlord doesn’t care the another that.

They seem to do the bare minimum when it comes to landscaping and in suite repairs.

My kitchen was supposed to be fixed and they made it worse.

We would like the back yard fixed properly this year, as we don’t want West Nile virus from flooding.

I have lived in Heath St apartments for 16 years. The apartments have never been so well managed. Genti and Marsela are by far the most professional managers to date, responding to requests and services quickly. Their courteous manner makes it a pleasure to interact with them and the buildings look and feel welcoming.

I have been living here over 6 years and this place has changed recently since the new Superintendents Genti and Marcella have taken charge. They are incredibly professional and their customer service is impeccable and always smiling. They have made this place very pleasant comfortable to live. Highly recommend!

I recently moved in this building and am very satisfied. The building is always clean, well maintained. Also, the reason I decided to move to this building is because of management. They(Genti, Marsala, Maria and Arnold)are so nice and always try to help us. Highly recommend to come this building.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Do not move here unless you have no options. They lie and they treat their tenants terribly. We paid for a renovated unit with the promise it would be renovated, and wasn't. They don't give notice if they're renovating other units next to yours so you have drilling and hammering happening all day. They did work on the roof (we live on the top floor) and gave no notice they would be doing that so there was banging overhead all day. Not a place that I would recommend to live to my worst enemy. Extremely high rent for what you get and they keep raising the rent. Totally unprofessional staff - not just the management of the building, but also when you call head office to make complaints. They just don't care.
