This health & wellness centre is well run, and the people are friendly and helpful. Henderson is open Sundays for massage therapy!

Best Osteopath in Town Sanchit Garg.if you are looking for one go to him. From years struggling with pain in calves , his one visit did wonders .He is very knowledgeable and kind. finally found my osteopath permanently.thanks for the amazing customer service as well.

If you are looking for a great deep tissu massage, I would highly recommend Kevin at Henderson Massage on St Anne's. I've been seeing him for the past couple of years for shoulder, back and more recently knee pain. My muscle aches feel much better after every session. He is very knowledgeable in his field and has great suggestions for exercises/stretches to help lessen aches and pains.

Been going to Henderson massage on St.Annes for years. The last 5 years I've been seeing Kevin for massage therapy. His knowledge, skill, experience, curiosity and ability to pin point the cause of pain is unlike anyone else. He uses his own life experiences; fitness, health, injuries or pain points to help explain and share his knowledge, all of which makes conversations so relatable. He also is great at providing references to other practitioners in various fields to ensure all aspects of your pain points are dissected and evaluated.

I also want to give a shout out to the front staff who are unlike anywhere I've ever been. Literally the friendliest environment, welcoming, judgement free, they know you by name. They are incredible!

I've been seeing Stefanie for years now. She is amazing. She knows exactly how to make me feel better. She's gentle when needed and "rough" (for a lack of better words...lol) also when needed.
She's very attentive to what's going on with my body, and is always willing to take an extra minute to explain things so I'll understand. Not only is she enjoyable to go see, but the admin staff is great too! If you need a new or different therapist, I recommend Stefanie. 10/10

I saw Thomas today, and he was truly amazing. I’d say it was one of the best relaxing massage sessions I’ve ever had. Even though it was my first time seeing him, I really appreciated the thoughtful advice and recommendations he shared with me. He’s incredibly skilled at what he does, and honestly, I felt fantastic after the session. Thomas also reminded me how important mobility is—especially for someone like me who spends most of the day sitting at a desk. I have been going to Henderson message on st Anne’s for years now. I had booked a message with Valerie on a Sunday, and something had came up where I had to cancel. So I did, more then 12 hours before the appointment. Since that what they ask that you give a 12 hours notice. Val had called me and spoke to me in a very unprofessional way and made me feel guilty that I had to cancel and told me she was not getting her rent money for the month since I cancelled. I had apologized and asked if there was a cancellation fee and she said she had to hang up on me. Totally mind boggling since if your not happy with me canceling that late then change your policies. I did nothing wrong but she made me feel horrible. Never going back or recommending this place.
