One of the worst property management companies that I have ever dealt with. They were terrible with delegating maintenance when needed. Had to threaten them with the fact that I was going to have to contact RTDRS to get them to come in and replace my clogged toilet that was happening due to the toilet being very old. Just the absolute worst and would not recommend ever.

I found HIGH QUALITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to be very professional. Property I rented was in great condition, very clean. If I had any issues concerning property one call was all I ever needed to make. Maintenance personnel always showed up in a timely fashion.
Very professional, excellent company and great people to deal with. Definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Property I was in had no large garbage bin it was a secured area with lots of regular garbage bins. I actually loved this as I didn’t have to look a a large bin over flowing constantly. Garbage was always taken care of weekly. Area was always cleaned, no mess to see. Great job!
I received my full deposit back at end of lease. I left the property in the same condition as I received it.

Hi, new to this town but I just wanted to give some credit to my rental company after the nightmare I had w previous agency.

I went with High Quality Property Management . I am a one woman army with lots of littles, and like a lot of people this year has been an absolute STRUGGLE.

I wanted to thank my rental company, for showing compassion and giving me some wiggle room on rent this month. If they didn’t, my kids would barely have a Christmas this year. Last year, no tree, etc, got them some used devices because we came to GP with NOTHING.

I am just a greatful they were resasonable but they went BEYOND that. They were our Santa. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart❤️🥹

My experience with these guys have been great, especially during covid. I had minor issues on my end, they've had minor issues on their end and we've both worked through them. Thank you for making my renting experience as least of a hassle as possible

I rented with high quality for almost 3 years they were the best,whatever I needed was treated with the up most respect,I'd probably would be still with them if I didnt buy my own home, I would recommend anyone that's looking to rent contact Valarie shes also the best there is.

I have been renting with high quality property management for 2 years and I couldn't be happier, maintenance calls are handled quickly and efficiently, staff are incredibly caring and the property grounds are always beautifully maintained! Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a home and not just a house.

Absolutely the most horrific rental company I've ever had to deal with. Zero moral standard, lied about the property, omitted details like the unsafe water, abused shared responsibilities. Saddest most disgusting transaction I've ever had to deal with, sickening what they do to people and get away with.
