I have experience with both Jocelyn and Ian who have been exceptionally professional when dealing with a renter who was continuously complaining about other tenants and neighbors.
The management team did their due diligence to report all complaints to the person being complained about (a family member) and followed up in person to investigate the complaint.
They were also proactive when asked to set up mediation for both parties. Of course the complainant never showed.
I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a professional company to lease from.

I have been renting through this company for three years and have had the best experience ever with my rental. Jocelyn, you are amazing!!!! she always answers her calls/emails and is vary attentive! when you need things fixed she is on it ASAP! she will work with you to get the job done right. I’ve been dealing with hocking management for almost 2 years now. I live in a duplex with a 7 week old baby and my neighbours continuously smoke weed in the house. Every time I complain to them they either ignore me or just say how unfortunate it is despite the fact the lease says no smoking inside. Will not be going through this property maintenance group again.

The management team Jocelyn and the owner Ian are the best managers in the area you could ask for if you are renting. Fast response for concerns / maintenance issues, if something is wrong they will do their best to make it right. They rent their properties at good value. Being friendly and courteous, they also make your experience very easy.
