Glen & team have always been very prompt with any inquiries I have had and on many occasions have taken a very proactive approach in dealing with any issues that arise for an owner. As well, the financial position of the Condo Corp is very strong and I largely attribute this to the leadership, experience and keen attention to detail from Glen & team in conjunction with the Board.

For the past 3+ years I have been at the Worklofts. Horizon has been a great help since the beginning. They have great staff and are the best property management company I’ve ever had (and there were many).

Glenn is incredibly negligent as a property manager. Our condo townhouse complex was consistently left in decrepit condition. I'm not sure where the budget went as maintenance was practically non-existent. Property management also failed to address simple issues where people were breaking condominium by-laws and left everything for the residents to handle themselves. Emails, calls were mostly left unanswered.
