Very impressed with Hoskins! Last week our new 2023 Hyundai Tucson was found to be leaking oil in the driveway. Wasn't able to get a service appointment with the shop we used before for 10 days, but Hoskins was able to see us immediately. The issue was with the previous shop not completing the oil change correctly. Hoskins was able to diagnose quickly and fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. Certainly gained a customer from this! Thank you! We'll be using Hoskins for service from now on.

Me and my wife are on a 6 month road trip from South Georgia to Alaska and our RV was having trouble with oil pressure !! And I didn't know if the motor was going to lock up or blow up , and we stopped in Smithers of British Columbia and found the local Ford dealership because our motor home has a ford motor V10 engine and the staff at the Smithers Ford was just wonderful and so nice and friendly atmosphere and the repair was quick and was ready in no time at all and the service personnel are the best and we have 2 dogs with us and they gave them treats a few times and was just joyfully and so nice it makes me feel like putting down roots and live here in Smithers just a beautiful town and people it's worth the drive from anywhere to Smithers of British Columbia. They were so helpful there. We are traveling from Alaska to Washington, and had some issues with our truck. Everyone nearby was booked out for a month or two, but the lady that helped us at Hoskins made a ton of calls for us to make sure we saw someone today. We are very grateful!

Absolutely the best Ford Service department. We went to Smithers for my wife's surgery. Arrived, and our explorer had an issue. They checked out the problem, went out of their way, and fixed the problem. New wheel bearing and speed sensor. Unreal, they got it done Friday afternoon. My wife was released from the hospital, so we were able to drive home Sunday to P.G. We really appreciate their efforts to help us. Great people, thank you for your assistance.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any dealership. First time I needed the media package looked at that’s in the dash, waited for over a month for the appointment. Brought the truck in to have it fixed and get an oil change, waited for 7 hours, they returned my vehicle without fixing the problem at all, claiming the mechanic didn’t have time to fix. Today after once again waiting for a month, this time to fix a check engine light and clear the limp mode problems from a def heater. They claimed to not even have it booked. I gave all information they could possibly want and confirmed date and time on my way out the door. I’m now waiting again to have them do their job properly. Completely incompetent desk staff. At least three people need to find a new job, no organization can fail so spectacularly and expect to remain in business. Hoskins sucks.

Great experience purchasing a new vehicle. I live in Vancouver and completed the deal all over the phone with Brendan, Mark and Juan. They all went above and beyond to help facilitate a trade on my vehicle in Vancouver just to save me the tax. Would recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new vehicle. Excellent service!
