I was a tenant at the Rossmore (80 Roslyn Road) and loved it! The property manager (Courtney) and caretaker (Delaney) take great care of this place! Courtney was quite responsive and was able to answer any questions/concerns I had. Delaney looked after the building - it was always clean, and she herself was so helpful and incredibly kind. Something came up and I had to end my lease earlier than expected, and both Courtney and Delaney were incredibly helpful and quick in helping me find a sublet.

Houston Properties is a fantastic company to rent from. Moving in and out was smooth, and the experiencing renting at the Rossmore was peaceful and easy.

I really like renting here. The property manager Witney is incredibly reasonable and responsive. I had rented a smaller unit for 6 months, and then moved into a larger unit when one became available and I received my entire damage deposit back, minus the fee for changing the lock as I'd lost my second key. I like the neighbourhood and the community vibe the residents of the various Houston properties in the immediate area have created.

The only downside I think I would express would be that due to Fire Escape requirements, residents are unable to utilize our back 'deck' / stairwell that we have. However, because this isn't necessarily a Houston Property Management issue or ordinance, just one they legally have to enforce; I gave them the full 5 stars. But, the fire escape issue affects me so much that I would have dropped a full star, lol.

Anyway, they allowed me to park my motorcycle for free, away from my parking stall for my car. I appreciated this. So, all in all, it kind of balances out, and I feel happy with the services and arrangements. Oh and they also give a pretty sweet welcome package which was nice.

Hello, i recently viewed an apartment with Houston properties, after i viewed the apartment i asked if they worked with people on EIA, her tone changed a lot but she said yes, so i asked how to apply. Suddenly i had to have worked a full time job for two years and because i am on EIA i am required to have a guarantor. Please just say you don't accept EIA people and say no. It is demeaning enough that i have to even say that I'm on it. She either had no idea and lied to me or she wasn't a very kind person.

New tenant at Wilmot Park Plaza and love it. Spacious suite, great management (Kathy is the best), large balcony - feel very safe and at home. Highly recommend

As a professional in the medical field, I have high standards when it comes to living spaces, and I must say that my experience at 59 Wilmot Pl has been exceptional.

First and foremost, the location is superb. Situated at the heart of Osborne Village, it offers the perfect blend of urban vibrancy and serene living. Being within walking distance to downtown and Corydon, it provides easy access to a myriad of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. In the winter, the proximity to the Osborne bridge/river means you can even skate your way to The Forks, adding a delightful activity on your free time.

The apartment itself is meticulously maintained. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design. The layout is thoughtfully planned, providing ample space for both relaxation and productivity. The fixtures and appliances are of high quality, making daily living effortless and enjoyable.

One of the standout features is the management team. They are professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any concerns. Whether it’s a maintenance issue or a general inquiry, they handle everything promptly and with a friendly attitude, making the living experience truly hassle-free.

Moreover, the amenities offered are truly appreciated. From the secure and heated underground parking to the beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, every aspect is designed to enhance residents’ quality of life. The security measures in place also provide peace of mind, ensuring a safe environment at all times.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend 59 Wilmot Pl by Houston Properties! I made great friends with other tenants during my 7 years of residency. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a welcoming community that understands and caters to our unique needs.

PS I give them 4.5 stars. I was only allowed one cat lol

Fantastic to deal with from the very beginning when we viewed the suites. During the application process the folks at Houston were wonderful to work with as well.

We just moved in today and were greeted on time, had a thorough walk through, the suite was clean, building manager has been accommodating, helpful great at communicating.

A welcome care package with practical home items was waiting for us. The folks at Houston seem to appreciate detail and take extra care with them.

I didn’t live at 59 Wilmot very long but was very excited to finally have the opportunity, after many years of wanting to. I loved the beautiful garden out front. Kathy and Doug took great care with this space. They looked after the building so efficiently. The building was always clean and fresh. I enjoyed the friendliness. They are exceptional caretakers of this building. Always helpful. Thanks to both of you for making it pleasant.

Having lived at 80 Roslyn Rd., would like to say that it was a great experience! The building was clean and the people were very nice. Dealing with the Caretaker Megan was always great, she really works hard at keeping all the tenants comfortable. The Management, specifically Courtney Budd, was extremely helpful & responsive in meeting all needs and requests during my stay at 80 Roslyn! She was so graceful in helping me sublet my place. I HIGHLY recommend this Property Management company to anyone. Thank you so much Houston Properties, I will miss you guys. Blessings to you ?
