Amanda’s place located at Aqua is a 5 Star location. Very spacious and clean unit with top of the line appliances. Outdoor pool and hot tub on the 5th floor was wonderful and very quiet. Beautiful beaches close by. We had a wonderful vacation. Amanda was a great host and very responsive.

We loved our family vacation at this beautiful house. Everything was immaculate and beyond our expectations. The house has everything you need, you didn't need to bring much w you. The view was beautiful, amenities were beautiful and the location was really close to downtown Kelowna and the beaches. The checkin instructions were easy and the host was responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be back again! Thanks for having us.

Fantastic home!! Spacious and very clean. You can tell the owners are thoughtful and wanting their guests to have a great stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay including an air fryer and plenty of Tupperware which made storing leftovers a breeze. Beds all top quality, even the wall beds and bedding fresh and clean on all beds. Kids really enjoyed the 2 playgrounds and the private beach. I've already rebooted to come and stay again as this is a hidden gem! Amanda and her team were terrific hosts and were super responsive to ensure we were checked in and settling in nicely.

The setting, accommodations are reasonable for the price. There were three of us each wanting a bedroom and bath. Be aware, as of this writing, the second bedroom photograph is merely a different angle of the first. The sofa bed is shown in pics 37 and 38 of 49. There is no way to know that couch is a bed until you get there. This discrepancy was pointed out to the owner at the start of our stay and I was assured it would be rectified. Still waiting.

We stayed here at the beginning of August with 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids).
It is a beautiful location with nice amenities (pool, kids pool with water slide, hot tubs and tennis courts)
Unfortunately, we found that the listing was falsely advertised. It claims to have sandy beaches…which I suppose is kind of accurate because there’s a small bit of sand. But once you get close to the lake it is extremely rocky. It’s painful to walk into the lake without water shoes - I wish we had known this before.

The air conditioning was also not functional.
We had many text conversations with our host about this and they told us in order to “help the a/c we needed prop the hallway door open, use fans, and open the windows at night.” Anyone who has owned central air conditioning knows that it only functions efficiently with the doors and windows closed.
We even had maintenance visit during our stay and using their temperature gun, the temperature they took coming out of the vents was 29°C. The manager confirmed this is a known issue in this facility and the top floors are always easily 10° hotter than the bottom floors.
No equitable solution was provided to us during our stay and as a result, we all had less than ideal sleeps which made everyone quite grumpy and short during our stay.
We declined the hosts offer of 10% back and 10% off a stay for next year.

If you can handle the heat, then this is a lovely place to stay. We are all used to a/c so we will not be returning. We would have never booked here if we had known this was an issue we would’ve had to deal with in +30° temps.

The home was very clean and well-equipped. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, which made the stay very pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was convenient for getting around. The host was also kind and responsive. I really appreciated the hospitality — thank you!

Grounds are beautiful and the unit was clean and well-equipped. I would have left a 5 star review if it weren't for the last day. Having to check out at 10 am and LEAVE THE RESORT is unacceptable. I expected to spend the rest of my day relaxing at the pool. Instead I was told they could not accommodate me with a tag for access. Never been treated like that at a resort before - do better!!
