Goodluck leaving this place. The management will charge you every single dirt they see before you leave, even a normal wear and tear. The superintendent is unapproachable, disrespectful of tenants and rude. Not suitable for his position or need a proper training per se. This is the worse place we have ever stayed. I do not recommend this building.

I have a relative living in this building and the upkeep of this building has severely gone down hill. Out of all the buildings on Antrim which are maimly H & R property buildings, 11 Antrim is probably the worst. The superintendent is not welcoming, rude, tickets cars right away (he calls the security personally) and just straight up not right for the job. The quality of repairs is not great but there is one repair man who is honest and even mentions the complaints about the Superintendent he gets. You guys can do so much better. Find a property manager like the one at 41 or 1 Antrim..

The staff of 20 Antrim, property manager and super are very rude and disrespectful. They don’t have any value for tenants. I lost my extra key and when i called them to inform about they said to replace the whole lock on my expenses. I argued that they didn’t mention anything about high privacy key and if u lost u have to pay for replacement of lock. They said it is super’s mistake but u have to pay for it. A property manager is so rudely answered even it wasn’t mentioned in the agreement. She disconnected call rudely and all the staff always does that yo ignore talking or answering tenant. They are charging high amount for rent and still showing this attitude. Looks like they do intentionally. Highly recommend don’t be a tenant with this management.
