Been with HTA for about 4 years now and never had a problem. But this last visit has left a sour taste in my mouth as the receptionist couldn’t hide her amusement at the fact I had lost money on an investment.

Not sure how I feel about having someone look over my finances that finds other people misfortunes funny.
