He made me go from a smile I hated and I had no hope for my teeth to be fixed and he gave me the most beautiful smile! I’ve always had such a great experience here, but as someone who had braces when I was younger I now have the permanent wires bonded to the back of my teeth and was just informed that I would need to pay $75 to “rebond” it if it were to ever break, which it has. I have had the glue break off in multiple spots and haven’t bothered to get it fixed, but this most recent one has been causing me some grief and so I called looking to get it fixed. I don’t understand how something this permanent is able to be maintained when the price to fix it is so high. It is such an easy fix too, I understand everything comes with a price but as someone without any dental coverage it just isn’t doable.

Wants 500$ to replace a single wire behind 4 teeth that is not custom molded or anything. Nothing fancy about the wire I have in any way shape or form. Lady on the phone was also quite snotty so I will definitely not be going here. Got this wire replaced all the time back when red deer orthodontics was still a thing and it didn't cost a cent. 500$ is outrageous!

I'm going to add to this since I can't reply to the owners comment. I cannot go to the place that did my orthodontics since they no longer exist in town. And my wire is not custom and never was "shaped" it's a straight wire that was cut from a spool of wire and then hand bent into a U shape and then placed into my mouth all right infront of me. Took like 20 minutes to get the wire out and back in. So whatever this place is selling is a total scam. Get bent!

Dr Ryan Edwards and all his staff are amazing! Nothing but positive experiences with everyone from reception, finance, techs and Dr Edwards himself.

I had a combination of invisalign and standard braces throughout my 3 year treatment. As an out of town patient the team worked with me to set a schedule that cut down on visits but made sure proper progress was made.

I absolutely love my smile now, it's the first time I've actually smiled in photos!
