I have just moved into this facility last month but so far everything is perfect. The service and knowledge of the office manager Jacky is extremely helpful for my business. Receptionist are polite and nice, and office are clean all the time. Compared to similar type of office, the location is also excellent as there are many cafe, restaurant, bank in the same plaza. I highly recommend this place and service to everyone.

We have been a client of Hugo Pacific commercial centre for over 10 years now . It’s clean , organised and most importantly safe ! Being a small business there are several services that are part of the package that mean a lot to me ! The courteous and helpful staff at reception are always willing to go above and beyond their call of duty ! The new management is even better ! I have contemplated getting my own space instead of renting, however with the new ownership and the little perks we decided to stay back . I am always promoting these offices to people we know that are looking for office space . The facility is available after hours and weekends as well unlike some other spaces where they are closed on weekends .
All in all HPCC is a very comfortable place to work !

This place worked well for my international team coming together to visit a customer in Markham. The management at this place was super responsive when we were planning and arranging for a meeting place. We started out reaching out to Regus they were so slow in responding. The service aspects is much better at Hugo Pacific Commercial Center.
