About 4 years ago I decided to try hypnosis to help with my arthritis pain. I’ll be honest, I was sceptical. To my amazement, for the first time in about 40 years I needed no pain medication. To this day, I can go months pain free. I was so impressed I took the hypnosis course. The history of hypnosis was very interesting and I was intrigued by the process.
I am forever grateful for hypnosis as it changed my life.

Not knowing what to expect initially. But after 2 sessions I have learned a lot in terms of controlling myself, whether its mood, eating and self confidence. The take home 'package' to listen is very powerful. I am happy I have the privilege to eat anything I want but no longer the way I used to. Before, I ate like without feeling full, stress eating. But now I am even surprised with myself coz I get easily full with good food choices. I still eat pasta but I no longer eat as much as I used to. And i am driven to working out even just 20 minutes, and i always walk with no complaints.

What I achieved because of hypnosis was a life I could continue to live. I really didn’t have much left when I went to see Trisha and I was reaching for anything to help me at this point. I just overdosed on prescription medication, accidentally I might add, and I immediately quit all my medications because of it. I then went through withdrawals for months and couldn’t cope; that’s when I found Trisha and Hypnosis for Health and Happiness. My first visit was so relieving that I knew I was going to get through this mess I was in. My prescriptions were for pain to deal with my Fibromyalgia diagnosis. I was taking a hefty amount of pills everyday to deal with it and even then nothing truly helped; it did however add on a lot of weight and most of the time I felt like a zombie just barely getting by. Hypnosis gave me the ability to deal with my withdrawals, eased a lot of my pain with Fibromyalgia (inc.: migraines, body stiffness, fatigue, irritability, insomnia, and memory fog), and gave me a lot more confidence in my personal life.
I relied heavily on our medical system to cure my pain and it was a constant battle finding medications that only helped 50% of my symptoms - I wish we were encouraged to search for a more natural approach because hypnosis helped me so much more than the medication ever did.

I drove almost two hours because of the great reviews but as she explained to me she is a hypnotist not a qualified hypnotherapist so I could not claim the services through blue cross. Unfortunately I am not financially able to pay the program ranging from $800 to $2500. I wish I had known about this before I drove all the way there.
