My experience with Ignite has been really professional & a level up from the accountant I previously worked with. I'm impressed by their approach and the ways they've implemented technology to make it easier for their clients. I would recommend the entire firm however I personally enjoy working with Amber Joss. She works hard for her clients and knows her trade. When it comes to taxes, you don't want cheap advice but you also don't want to overpay, with Ignite you will see they are fair and well worth it. Ignite CPA employee began yealing at me in the parking lot of 21a st north Infront of my child. Would not recommend these hot heads to anyone. Employee was a bigger lady who needs to learn people skills.

Very disappointed with the service I received from this company they charged me full price I gave them every information they asked for and then I still get a letter back saying government requires more information when there’s nothing else to give so obviously they did not do their part right so there went $720 out the window I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They have a very high charge rate for what they do not impressed at all I will bring my businesses elsewhere.
