I have been residing in a downtown condo rental that uses Infinity Property Management services, for 12years. It's difficult to put into words how unprofessional, disappointing, unhelpful and overall incompetent the management team has been. Our management team will not even allow us to come speak to them in person, and our senior manager won't take a call. The building is currently undergoing a construction initiative in our hallways, which has been taking place for over 4 months now - this length is much longer than comparable projects. The conditions tenants have been facing are causing extremely critical health issues as the protocols that the construction team have put in place are not effective. While sanding the ceilings and demolishing the halls, there has been excess debris and dust engulfing our units whereby one must clean everyday as our furniture is covered in powder. This debris is wreaking havoc on our lungs, as it is coming through the hallways into our units and circulating the building, without protocols of pulling the dust out of the building. In addition, there is noise from 8-6pm, the workers are loud and play loud music (while some of us are still working from home), and the tenants are not notified what the timeline looks like or which hours/days they will be working. Plastic coverings were placed on our doors at one point, as such, when you walk out your own door you become immersed in plastic and debris and almost suffocate. The excess of debris has also been setting off our fire alarm almost daily, this has rendered my cat to be in a constant state of panic.

Pictures, letters, and pleads have been raised to property management on an ongoing basis. They do not even acknowledge issues to our health, they ignore our pleads, and weeks later have sent some of us a letter from their lawyer listing preventative measures they believe to have put in place. Not only does that not help us resolve the current conditions we face, but there seems to be a lack of understanding that we live, work, and sleep in this environment 24hrs a day. They have offered to book a study room if we have a meeting, but that isn't even solving the right problem as we sleep here. This is a 24hr problem, would they be comfortable living in this environment, or allowing a family member to? Each person I've run into in our building has been experiencing frustration about this construction, and regarding their needs being ignored by management. This has resulted in anger, frustration, and pervasive mental health issues for the tenants, as well as chronic respiratory issues, and an overall toxic living environment. My understanding of the responsibilities of property management is to manage the daily operations of the property, and ensure a functional condo member experience. Sadly, neither of these functions are being managed successfully. It has come to the point where I have decided to move. Each time I run into a member of property management in person, I can't help to feel disheartened at how they treat other people, and their lack of comprehension in their basic role requirements.

Celeste's interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with such a personable nature separates her from all other agent's I have dealt with in the past. Her 'people first' approach, fast replies, and attention/care to thoroughly take the time to explain every question I had made me feel validated and taken care of. Celeste went above and beyond for me and I cannot say enough positive things. A real attribute for the leasing team and anyone else who get's the luxury to receive service/support from Celeste. Unleveled conscientiousness and perceptive people-skills.

Inasmuch, Daniel from the maintenance department for Metis Nation of Ontario was also amazing during the showing. His upfront, kind, and informative presentation during the showing really made me feel secure in my choice to move forward.

Cant even repond to me after they take all of my detailed and personal information. My credit score is 789 so idk what was even the hold up. Obviously if barrie cedar pointe drive office staff can't do their job from home then come back to the office. Still dont work from the office? Then replace them if they are careless workers. Yeah i put my eggs in this basket and they ran me around to nothing. Im homless now because you just couldn't wouldn't and won't get back to me whatsoever. Disappointed and with the info you took, feels like a scam and i have reported it to the BBB.
