I have been dealing with infotel for almost a year now. they take care of everything for me, website, hosting emails and all online marketing like SEO etc. They are doing a decent job, but not great. My representative Daniel Galindo is amazing, his communication is great, he's prompt and honest and he has great ideas to help grow my business. To be honest if Daniel wasn't available to me It is likely that i would have moved my business elsewhere. I have high standards and in my opinion the infotel team on the back end has really let their reps down. The reps deal with me day to day and sell me product/services, but they heavily rely on the back end team to execute their promises. Which they constantly fall short... But thanks to Daniel's prompt response and hard work I continue to use infotel and I will do so until he leaves. Thanks Daniel!!

I can't stress this enough, don't do business with infotel, I have had nothing but issues over the year or so. I want my site updated but after months and months the site is not updated and I've lost alot of business over it. Absolutely appalling. If I could give 0 stars I would.
