We recently moved into our new apartment at Inglewood Terrace in Red Deer, and the move-in process was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, the team made everything smooth and hassle-free.
A special shoutout to Mr. Bhargav, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the entire process.

His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made settling in a breeze. He was always available to answer questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to come across such dedicated service, and we truly appreciate his efforts.

If you’re looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home, Inglewood Terrace apartment is the perfect choice. Thank you, Mr. Bhargav, for making our move such a positive experience!

On our 3rd year here.. staffs are very nice and helpful! Too bad Benjalyn does not work here anymore, she is very easy to communicate with whenever we have concerns. But luckily we still have Angelo, on the maintenance end, very fast with his job and never had any issues.

I love that there’s a security roaming at night, but I hope they’ll be more strict when it comes to security. Overall, no complains.

Great staff and the moving process was easy! Had a few repairs that needed to be done when we moved in and maintenance was quick to fix everything! The only downside is with the smoking, it has to be inside your suite so unfortunately if you live above a smoker (and you don’t smoke yourself), the smell creeps up, but other than that it’s a quiet apartment and no problems with other tenants! The online portal is user friendly and super convenient! Management is quick to respond with any problems!

Staff (Elisha) will expose tenants to toxic substances indefinitely. Act of God forcing opportunity to have required tests done - regional managers aware (Brad dewsbury(Lori at later date)) that tenants may be exposed to toxic substances for indefinite amounts of time.. acknowledging moving tenants into toxic apartments along with the headache of getting a tenant out of the danger just isn’t worth their time. They should have postponed the move-in while they get a $50 test completed in the first place / moved out tenant instant they were aware of the situation, which was immediately, and repeatedly made aware for months and months (6~months before tests were conducted!). Brad dewsbury was made aware of the situation and likewise did not inform of the danger posed.. safe bet the behaviour will happen again. Boardwalk regional management is willing to risk killing your kids, your families, or visitors and you over a $50 test.

Elisha tried to shelf blame elsewhere - apparently not knowing there are multiple witnesses and photographic evidence. Regional managers (Lori) will relay lies and used threatening language based on those lies - utterly ignorant to the fact a WIFE OF ONE OF THEIR OWN COWORKERS was made, with Elishas permission, to stick her face right in this substance.. pieces falling onto her, directly exposing her.. risking the death of a wife of a coworker and mother to young children. Boardwalk has no shame.

If you know anyone - tenants, employees, ex employees etc (looking at you Filipino workers who get blamed for everything that goes wrong then sent home!) that develop mesothelioma - get a lawyer and reach out.

I have appreciated all the efforts the staff here make in maintaining the building in the time I've lived here. And I appreciate their efforts in accommodating my many requests the past yr and half! They try very hard. Angelo is a very diligent worker.....as is Alma of course! New CSR seems like a caring guy. Lori & Brad - thank you!!

Never ever come to this building! The rental office lie about the price and then charge you more when you move in. This building is not safe. From stealing from mail boxes to stealing from your car while it is parked here. Go to other building! Yo do not feel safe here at all and you are not secure. I bet those who wrote other reviews are from rental office. I wish I could give them -5 out of 5.

Well after 6 months I am going to increase the rating, as the issues were dealt with better after writing my first review. They put camera beside mailing box and have been caring more since then about raised concerns. Thanks for positive changes and caring Brad and the rest of Inglewood staff members

I'm in my third year of living at Inglewood Terrace, and I have been pleased to be here. The staff is really friendly and understanding and the neighbours are respectful and quiet. And, if you're on the side of the building that faces the green space, you'll be treated to deer and other critters through the year.
