I have had Ocrevus infusions for 6 years at the clinic in Pointe -Claire on Humus. The comfortable lazy boy chairs have been replaced by the blue hospital chairs. The infusion is six hours long. The blue chairs are hard and uncomfortable resulting in severe and painful muscle spasms that last around six days.
Considering the clinic is administering drugs for sick people it is alarming that the care and comfort for a long infusion for patients with multiple sclerosis are not considered and addressed.
I trust this issue will be addressed soon.

Consistent issues receiving medication due to their own administrative issues. I've been receiving medication from them for the last 15 months, medication that should be delivered every 5 weeks to a local clinic and they have only been on time on 4 occasions.

If Innomar is suggested to you as a pharmacy for your medication that you need to take to remain in remission, choose anyone else. Avoid them.

My 18 year son recently became a patient of Innomar....being treated for Ulcerative colitis. The coordination of pre-treatment testing with the Dr office, the hospital and Innomar has been seamless.....and these are all large organizations. So impressed with the care of staff to make sure the pre treatment testing and results were coordinated with the docs office and the drug manufacturers. Wish there was a to thank them personally...everyone was so kind, dedicated, patient with my enquiries, and they were all excellent communicators. Thank you Innomar.
