This is the only place we have been buying meat for years! Delicious taste and quality from a family owned and run shop that butchers its own meat! Prices are fair and you definitely get what you pay for! We especially love the farmers sausage, peppered bacon and selection of steaks! So much to choose from and the customer service is top notch!

I had a cow brought in to cut and wrap and am very happy with the results from the butcher. It was aged for 21days and with the order form I had a vast selection of cuts. The steaks are cut nicely, ribs are great.
The different sausages and smokies I ordered is what impressed me the most, a large order of all flavors and premade burgers and turned out amazing. I highly recommend the farmers sausage they make.
I will go to this butcher again for my next cow to come.

The mobile butcher is very quick and efficient. The cut and wrap quality is great and the price is very reasonable. Irricana Meats has a large selection of options for sausage, pepperoni, jerky and burgers. We did have to be on a waiting list for quite a few months so if you have some cattle you want to butcher book far in advance.

Between four we had a cow butchered there. I would say that I could butcher beef better than whoever worked on our cuts. Silver skin throughout every piece of meat no matter what cut. We had T-bones with what looks like a werewolf ate the tenderloins off, our ribsteaks were 65% fat and inedible. I am absolutely shocked that this meat passed any kind of quality control. I’ll be posting photos for proof
