My spouse and I were planning our wedding in Jasper and wanted a planner who not only knew the area and local vendors but could also help us create a child-friendly celebration. Admittedly, I was budget conscious about our wedding planning so I was concerned about whether paying for the "Wedding day management" service would be worth it or not. After just having Jordan and Brett execute our wedding flawlessly, I can confidently say their services were worth their weight in gold! I'd describe the service more like a "wedding coordinator", as Jordan worked diligently with us many months in advance to work out fine details, capture the plan for the day, and when it came to the day of and we had to pivot to our rain backup plan, Jordan and Brett were there to ensure everything ran smoothly, so my partner and I could simply sit back and enjoy our day! Will definitely be recommending these guys to any friends or family that are considering hosting an event in the Jasper area!

Booking Jasper Event Management (Jordan&Brett) was the best decision we made to make our day stress free. Jordan was there anytime I needed him. On our wedding day he made sure everything worked out perfectly. He ran the rehearsal and also took care of setting everything up for the ceremony and reception. Then he came back at the end of the night and took all the decor down and cleaned up. He was there to answer any questions and always checking in. Highly recommend if you are looking to take the stress away from your wedding day☺️

I will never be able to find the words to describe how amazing Jordan and Brett were for us!! He made our dream wedding come true!! At first I was hesitant at the initial “sticker shock”, but honestly, after an entire year of him being there for me…it was worth every penny and more! Jordan looked after every detail, and being from Jasper he knew the best vendors and we were blown away by the quality of everyone involved! Our wedding was over 100 people, and he handled every detail with ease. On the wedding day, it was seamless!! I was never stressed, he handled “hiccups” without me even knowing and handled them so I wouldn’t have to worry. Jordan is a gem, I will recommend him for anyone looking to get married!! I honestly don't know how to express how wonderful it was working with Jordan. He is so friendly, positive and calm, just the perfect person to have in your corner on your wedding day. Hiring Jasper Event Management for our wedding in Jasper March 2024 was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. Jordan was there to answer all our questions every step of the way. He was there to help from arrival at the hotel, at the ceremony rehearsal and all through the wedding day. Him and Brett assisted with all the decor set up/tear down and oversaw all the little hiccups that went on without my husband or I even knowing about them so we could be in the moment on our wedding day. They are truly excellent at what they do and are lovely people. 10/10 would recommend!
