Condescending when speaking to you, doesn’t give you a straight answer when you question some of what they’re doing, absolutely unwilling to communicate/be flexible, is only in it for the money and does not care about tenants to buildings, will do anything to get out of paying for anything, complains they do not make enough for managing the building meanwhile they’re basically being paid to do nothing because nothing is ever accomplished, aggressive and rude whenever they’re disagreed with/questioned, insulting, always treating you as an inconvenience whenever you contact them, will not fix anything when asked until pushed even though it’s not even their money, goes on “vacation” mid-conversation, hires family/friends for maintenance even though it is more costly for the tenants, etc. I could go on forever. Every person I have ever spoken to in multiple buildings “managed” by this company hates this management company. I highly recommend NEVER hiring this company. We finally just got rid of them in our building because they quit in a huff after having a temper tantrum about being accused of stealing (which, when we have multiple broken washers/dryers that we have to pay for, but suddenly no money to fix them, can you blame us?).

Do not use this person to manage your properties. Absent, any requests you make to this business will go unanswered. Collects payments once a month, and that is absolutely all that will be done. Nothing you or your tenants request will ever be completed, though he may charge you for it. Lazy, absent, not an actual property manager.

Abuses tenants, has been fired from managing condos because condo owners won't tolerate what tenants are forced to. Terrible service and ethics.
