Karie is a wonderful realtor who has many years experience and it shows. Karie is professional and cares about her clients. When we enlisted her help in selling our home she got on it immediately. Wow, this is top shelf company.

Dealing with Kahl Realty has been a great experience. Right from the front desk to the delivery. Yolanda, Tita and Jason have all shown their true character when having to deal with unusual problems that life posses.

Tita and Jason went out of their way to assist me in the rental of my cabin, going through all the applicants, doing reference checks . showing the cabin and presenting my property in the best light possible which has resulted in a new tenant in an efficient timeframe.

Highly recommend this company for those of you who are not wanting to handle your rental on your own.

This has got to be the Micky Mouse of any so called property management outfit. They have limited communication skills inhouse and client related. The story changes and promises are never kept. They do NOT have in-house cleaning staff and scramble to find one....who walk off the job .
