Josie is a wonderful health and wellness coach with a way of listening and communicating with kindness, understanding and empathy. No matter what you would want to discuss or how it makes you feel, Josie creates a safe place to consider your situation and sift through your own life experiences, to step forward with newfound confidence. I was fortunate to come across Josie via LinkedIn due to my interest in health and wellness coaching and I recently had a couple of sessions with Josie.
