JRSC had a clear plan for replacing our system, no concerns about the complexity (4 dwellings), and no complaints about our sandy soil full of large stones and boulders. Their quote was very thorough and didn’t leave us with uncertainties. They considered our whole property into their plan, not just the current field area. All of these factors set them apart from the two other companies who quoted. JRSC communicated clearly throughout the work and we found the staff friendly and accommodating. I’m a thorough, curious person and I had all my questions answered and was never made to feel like my inquiries were an inconvenience, even when Greg had to stop the digger to chat. Staff showed up when they said they would and worked hard all day - no lengthy breaks. We hired them for their common-sense plan taking into consideration factors the other companies overlooked, their confidence, and professionalism - thankfully their price was good, too! We recommend the team at JRSC without hesitation.

JRSC did a fantastic job installing our new septic tank and field. We needed the tank to be installed in a tight area and the septic field and surrounding area to be completely re-modelled. From the very first phone call to the end of the process, John was supportive and friendly, and JRSC employees (especially "little" John) were hard-working and couldn't have been more helpful. Despite the heaviest rains in probably a century and roads being damaged, JRSC turned up and installed everything like clockwork. The service was first-class and better than we hoped for. 5 stars

No complaints about these guys. They did the job in a timely manner given the weather. The system seems really good to me. Decent communication about the process and system. An alarm went off a cpl days after they finished, when I called about it they were at my place within 1.5hrs. Easy fix. My yard took a bit of a pounding, but it was super rainy and I needed a quick timeline. They never sugar coated what it would look like so not really a big deal.

I dont have much to compare to, but barring any major catastrophes, I give these guys 5 stars.

Have had a float and pump hose repaired by these guys since my install. Always quick service, honest, and great communication. John is also willing to help me troubleshoot on my own before sending a tech up. Great service overall.

John Rowse and his team at JRSC were absolutely fantastic to work with. From the initial inspection of the septic system prior to purchase of home and property, then from start of the project to expand the field, relocate, and install new tank and pump, to project completion - the entire team was courteous, knowledgeable, and service oriented. They are solution providers - we had one hiccup during the project and John and his team informed us, quickly had a solution, and provided a cost with minimal impact to our budget. The team answered all our questions, walked us through every step of the process, and now we feel better equipped to maintain our system. John Rowse came to conduct an inspection of our septic system for a prospective buyer of our property, he sub-contracted GFL to empty our tank ( had nothing to say in the matter, just pay up, at the tune of 697,78 for a 600 gallons tank )after repetitive demands to see the invoice , he admitted an error and reimbursed us $ 79.26 . Hum !!! . As a professional with a few letters accredited to his name, he came without the proper tools to perform the inspection, wrong size of camera, no equipment to find the distribution box and quickly condemned our system simply because of it’s age( 37yrs )..We never had any problem in the past with it , no drainage problems, no effluents ever coming up to the surface of the field etc. etc… he wanted to replace the entire system at the tune of $40.000 to $ 50.000. We were in shock and so did our buyers who walked away from the deal. We had a certified septic professional coming in for a second opinion who did find some blockage 40 feet into the pipes ( tree roots and sludge ) did Hydro-Jett the system . Total cost $ 1500 . No problem with our system !
Will never recommend this company, lack of ethics in my opinion.
