The power went out at my house yesterday and I lost my internet and my cable connections. In time, the cable came back, but, I could not get my network back up and running. I was panicking as I have a small business and a show this weekend, and had no use of my printer. A friend suggested Alexander. I messaged him and straight way he got back to me and asked what my trouble was - I told him, and he gave me his prices and also suggested that I may need a new router and offered me prices for those also. I had already checked his page for reviews and saw how everyone was more than satisfied with his work. Alex offered to come over this morning to look at things, which was a MAJOR plus for me as I was very worried that I would have to wait a few days. He arrived a little early and I liked him immediately. He has a fantastic personality, good work ethic and is compassionate and empathetic. It didn't take long for him to resolve my issue, and we spent the rest of the time chatting. I highly recommend Alex. He is a wonderful young man and I feel like I have made a new friend.
