She is such a patient and kind professional who helped me figure out how to feel more comfortable with pumping after three rounds of mastitis. She was so reassuring while addressing my concerns and she meticulously reviewed my current equipment, tried out various different adjustments and made suggestions for changes that have kept me mastitis free for 2 months since our consultation. She even left me with a set of new flanges immediately after the consultation so I could start pumping with better equipment right away. I never felt rushed or judged throughout the process. She was also available for the weeks after to answer questions via text and even did a check in call to make sure I had no further concerns. Postpartum is a challenging time and I’m grateful to have found Kate when I was struggling and feeling at my lowest.
