I live in a strata and the council uses KCL (name has now changed and they are owned by a larger firm). Unfortunately, our building suffered a massive water loss as a result of a fire in the penthouse suite. Over 10 units including mine were damaged. KCL was here to rescue all of us! They showed up within 1 hour of the fire department releasing the scene. All the staff we dealt with were excellent. Every unit owner and tenant I spoke to regarding this loss indicated They were professional, empathetic and their work was fantastic. Job is complete and I could not be happier with their service. Thank you to our Project Manager and your entire team.

My strata appointed KCL to deal with a water leak. In the process of removing damaged drywall and/or moving dehumidifying equipment around my suite, KCL cracked a tile, scraped my bath tub, gouged deep grooves into a previously perfect wall, and damaged brand new door trim. The pipe burst in February. They repaired the tub in April and the tile in July. They've refused to fix the wall or the door trim, and they've also lost my key.

Untrustworthy and destructive. Exactly the company you do NOT want NEAR your most valuable worldly asset!

As a resident in a strata complex that uses KCL Building Services, I am extremely unhappy with their service! I have tried since June to get a call back from anyone, to address my deck issue, and it is now the end of September. I have called numerous times throughout the summer, as even spoke to their workers on-site at our completed. To-date, nobody has every followed up, and I am at the end of my rope with this company! I would give them zero stars if I could, but Google forces me to give at least 1 star.

This company was hired by our strata to repair a foundation wall. We had a beautiful yard before they came! We now have a huge mess! They seem to have an issue finishing their work!
