Not having had the prior experience of purchasing a condo, I was completely unaware of all the details involved in a review of the condo documents. I was pleased to deal with KDM management who were both thorough and competent and required very little from me. I recommend KDM without reservation.

KDM is the company to go with when you need some condo docs reviewed. They are very professional, super fast response and easy to work with. This property management group is extremely hard to deal with. They lack communication skills. They switch account managers very frequently and do not pass on information from manager to manger which creates consistency problems.

The current property manager for my condo is very condensending and rude.

They talk about a no harassment policy but have zero concept of returning that common curiosity back.

It's thier way or the highway.

If you are a condo board looking to hire this company. I do NOT recommend. My condo board already had fire one account manager from this company.

Edit: Dated 24-11-06 In response to KDM comments. The Property manager walked out of the meeting, was very confrontational, and condensending. The Manager also lied about our interaction. I have proof of the interaction and at no point did my conduct warrant such disrespectful treatment. The Manager is now liable and yes legal counsel being considered against this company and manager.

After paying off all amounts that were owed via the shady law firm they have on file, kept on attempting to add other mysterious fees and items to the orginal bill. They actually misappropriate funds, make fraudulent claims and are very punitive.

Think twice before hiring this company.

Worst service ever!!!!These guys registered as after hours “emergency “ for my apartment unit. I totally don’t understand what “emergency “ they handle! Someone smashed my door lock and when I call them, they gave me fake assurance that someone is gonna come as soon as possible. After 2 hours, I called them back and they surprisingly told me they can’t help me. If this is not an emergency, what is an emergency! Time to close your services down.

Worst condo management company ever,they managed our last condo. I should’ve looked into when purchasing this new condo. Who was the management company.. I moved into my new condo in June and I leave 3 to 4 messages a week asking to hook up my intercom and still no reply no matter how many times you call this company they will not call back. since everybody in my condo pays for this company, you would figure they would work for us. I think it’s the other way around we work for them.hahahaha but yeah, anybody that works at KDM management can call me back my phones always on. I’ll keep trying. I guess maybe one day you guys might call back or answer your phone. and the only good reviews come from realtors so I think they are paying realtors to add good reviews. it’s been seven months of trying to reach Tammy Pope, and or Nanette. Botha i’ve been calling and calling and calling to try and get my intercom set up. I own the condo. I have one of the highest condo fees in the building. I’ve called left numerous messages for the people that like to smoke drugs in my parking stall I’m getting absolutely sick of thatand I just want a bloody intercom. I want to be able to contact somebody from KDM I live in Park Place my name Stephanie you should have over 25 messages left from me in seven months. Somebody call me back. I get newsletters with their phone number on it, but you can’t get a hold of anybody, but I’ll keep paying the almost $800 condo fees for absolutely nothing.im almost ready to try and contact Tammy and her buddy nanet on Facebook

Do NOT hire. KDM overloads managers so you get no service. They have dropped the ball on so many things. A year late on audits, not responding to cheque questions, not picking up signed cheques. They are refusing to acknowledge their role in our budget not going out!!! Poor communication with owners. Do not go to KDM
