Incredibly disorganized and little effort was made to correct their mistakes. They neglected to mention they have “issues” receiving information from our bank and actively blamed us for the issues. Keys for the new house were received late due to them not being able to figure things out, leaving us to pay for hotel accommodations and extra time with the moving truck. They then lost the cheque paid out to debts being paid off with the sale of our home, meaning we accrued interest and kept making payments for THREE MONTHS before they rectified their mistake. In the end we lost over $3000 dealing with Kelly & Kelly on top of still having to pay their fees which they didn’t deserve.
