Unfortunately, my experience with John has been quite disappointing. He was consistently rude and dismissive when I reached out for assistance. Instead of providing support, his tone was unprofessional and unhelpful. A property manager should know how to communicate respectfully with residents, but John clearly lacks those basic interpersonal skills. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service in the future.
