I have been a patient at Keystone Health for several years and HIGHLY recommend their practitioners to anyone and everyone! The space is incredibly clean and professional, there is lots of parking, and the pricing is very reasonable considering the expert care you will receive. Personally, I highly recommend Brek Harris (Osteopathy) and Marissa Chaulk (massage therapist).. After multiple surgeries this past calendar year, both of them have been a part of my medical team and prioritized my health and recovery with the utmost care. I feel better than ever and they are a big part of my recovery success!

Highly recommend! Great location with lots of parking options. Clean and professional clinic space. Clean bathroom (a must, right!?). Incredibly friendly staff. Brek is wonderful and has saved me and my back on many occasion. If I could I would give more than 5 stars!

I had a major fall in 2010. Lost 4 months of work. Although the medical treatment was effective for my acute injuries at the time, rehab was hit or miss...mostly miss. Did lots of therapy/rehab at the hospital for my back, and got lots of comments about the need for surgery. But because of my age, the Dr.'s wouldn't consider it. So I did what so many people do; tried to live with it. Then I came across Brek Harris and Keystone Health. He has given me back my mobility, an ability to be much more active in my daily activities, and I don't have to take daily medications. I am thankful for the "magic" that he has given me. Although I know his methods are anything but magic, employing countless anatomical and physiological principles of musculoskeletal movement, they have given me my life back. Thank you.

Brek and the entire team initially helped me recover from the
soreness and discomfort of a cracked vertebrae. Since then I have been going to help relieve tightness and maintain total flexibility. I can't say enough about their professionalism and their flexibility in accommodating me.
