Keystone- Nous avons été avec eux depuis un certain temps et Christine Cartier est notre gérant immobilier. Elle a travaillé avec nous pendant environ un an maintenant. Elle est si professionnelle, attentionnée et obtient le travail fait Je n'ai jamais rencontré un gérant immobilier comme elle avant et j'ai eu de bons gérants mais rien de tout cela. Elle prend son travail au sérieux et tout est fait correctement. Si vous cherchez une professionnelle de travail acharnée à louer votre logement, Christine est la personne à appeler. Merci Christine pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous Vous êtes un ange en masque.

Keystone- We have been with them for awhile now and Christine Cartier is our property manager. She has been working with us for about a year now. She is so professional, caring and gets the job done! I have never experienced a property manager like her before and I have had good ones but nothing like her. She really takes her job seriously and what’s everything done right. If you are looking for a amazing hard working professional to rent out your place Christine is the person to call. Thank you Christine for all you have done for us! Your a angel in disguise.

We have a property manager running our strata who works for this company. She has been particularly rude to myself. During an AGM for our strata, she ended up muting my input when an issue particularly relevant to me came up. The owner of Keystone even refused to talk with me about her conduct! I advise to avoid this awful company.

this company who must know its laws. Abusing your status to rob families. The inspection of fixtures is obligatory to leave the choice to the tenants if they pay their 'damages' or take on the security deposit. The government protects tenants from people like them precisely because landlords can invent any damage to the house to take your money. This company defrauded a member of my family by keeping the security deposit. They did not make the inventory with the tenants and they kept the deposits. They no longer respond to messages.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the management service we received from Keystone Property Management for our rental townhouse unit in Vernon. We hired this company from a recommendation from one of the strata owners. When they came on board, we asked them to do a property inspection as we had heard our tenant was having an appliance issue. They reported back to us that the tenant did not want to have an inspection done and to wait over the summer (2017) until school started back in. It wasn't until the spring of 2018 that they actually got in to do this inspection. It was reported there was some minor damage to the unit but nothing alarming. We decided to sell the unit (in July 2018) and upon entering, the Realtor told us that the place was a disaster. Cat urine all over the carpets and every wall had deep scratches. (They didn't collect a pet damage deposit when they knew the tenant had pets). The garage smelled of smoke that had penetrated the walls. (No smoking was allowed in the unit). This surely would have been caught months earlier if a proper inspection was done. Appliances were damaged. Cupboards were missing doors. Mold on carpets. The list was endless. Needless to say we took a substantial price drop to get this unit sold. This unit would not have been in this condition had this company followed through on a yearly property inspection as they had promised in the management contract. I really don't believe they were looking out for our best interest in providing a professional management service. Trying to reach them by phone and email has been ignored. Whenever I tried calling their office, the manager was never there. I would definitely not recommend Keystone Property for managing any rental property. They are not committed to quality service at all.
